At Say Farewell, we provide a quiet, professional presence during life’s most difficult moments. Our experience in live streaming with Fused Media means we bring a high level of technical reliability to every service, but our priority is always the families we support. We operate with the utmost discretion and care, ensuring that those who cannot attend in person are still able to be part of the farewell, no matter where they are. This gives our clients a unique advantage:

• Broadcast Reliability: We don’t use simple camcorders or mobile phones. We utilise the same broadcast-grade cameras, audio systems, and encoding technology used for major corporate events and conferences.

• Advanced Connectivity: We use advanced LiveU Broadcast Bonded 4G & 5G technology, combining connections from multiple cellular networks (EE, Vodafone, O2, Three) and Starlink Satellite Internet. This robust approach maximises the chance of a successful, rock-solid stream, even in remote churches or older crematoriums where traditional signal is typically poor.

• Drawing on years of experience in live production, our team focuses on delivering a stable, high-quality stream with the utmost respect. We use our professional expertise to prepare for every eventuality, so that on the day, we can remain a quiet, supportive presence in the background.

Our Journey & Experience

We began specialising in funeral live streaming in 2021, responding to a critical need for families to stay connected during difficult times. Since then, we have streamed multiple services across the East Midlands, South Yorkshire, West Midlands, Cambridgeshire and the Fens.

From intimate graveside services in the peaks of Derbyshire to large memorial services in Sheffield and Leicester, we have handled every type of ceremony with the same level of care and professionalism.

A Discreet and Respectful Approach

We believe that technology should never get in the way of the moment. Our videographers dress smartly and operate discreetly from the back or side of the venue.

We understand exactly where to position ourselves to capture the service clearly while remaining respectful of the occasion. We know when to zoom in for a reading and, crucially, when to pull back during private moments of grief.
